As a Digital Scheduler you will be responsible for the implementation of complex advertising campaigns across our digital network. This role also manages the delivery for our clients who have digital dynamic campaigns.

  • Support the operations team ensuring a high level of work quality
  • Help define and streamline processes
  • Conduct your work through a CX lens
  • Manage large volumes of campaigns & schedule with high accuracy
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
  • Develop excellent level of service
  • Work closely with the team to deliver outcomes within tight deadlines
  • Provide exceptional communication lines to both your team and external customers
  • Develop long term relationships within oOh! that extend beyond this role remit
  • Acquire new skills and experience in the out-of-home media space to help support your career goals

  • You're technically astute & possess excellent MS Office skills across Outlook & Excel
