Digital Product Manager (Operations)

Your new role
You will act as a central coordinating body across the Digital team to balance delivery of high volume, fast-paced digital production alongside longer-term strategic product management, service improvement and project delivery activities. You will be fluent in digital product management principles and operations, and will be experienced in design thinking, research and analysis, and fit-for-purpose agile delivery methods.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years demonstrated digital management experience
• Demonstrated experience with digital content and design production
• Demonstrated experience managing websites
• Strong knowledge of digital product management principles
• Strong expertise in using Google Analytics, reporting tools and user experience research to ensure products respond to user needs
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
• Strong understanding of design and UX principles, and the value of brand guidelines and written style manuals
• Strong experience using Jira and other digital product tools to get the job done
