What will you create?

You’ll work with teams across Consulting to help clients across the financial services industry create value at the intersection of human and digital. You’ll help some of the largest financial services organisations across Australia and the region to create value and improve the way they work, from creating new propositions for growth, digitising operations, shifting to contemporary operating models and ways of working and responding to regulatory change.

About you

As a Financial Services Senior Associate in our Digital Operations and Automation team within Digital Transformation your impact will be seen by:

  • Helping financial services clients to understand operations by using a range of performance optimisation methodologies, data analysis and work with these organisations on how to respond to their rapidly changing environments;

  • Driving practical process optimisation, operational excellence, automation or people capability based programs to uplift performance across financial services clients;

  • Supporting financial services organisations shift from traditional ways of working to contemporary operating models and ways of working including agile;

  • Coaching and developing capability in others team members while delivering high quality work products, communicating clearly and effectively with clients and senior leadership;

  • Working in, as well as driving complex change programs.

You have experience in working in a fast moving, client focused and project based environment - this may include experience working within a consulting firm or corporate environment.

You can demonstrate a strong aptitude for process and operational excellence, supported by a background in intelligent automation, data visualisation and analytics. Your core skill set including communication, presentation, stakeholder management and ability to work in cross-functional teams are considered to be strong

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Financial Services Consulting team deliver practical advice that speaks straight to the heart of our clients’ business issues and delivers innovative results.

You’re collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You’re a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders. Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
