As part of the project, associate usually provide the initial point of contact with the customer, and has to take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user by supporting the incoming requests and help in resolving the network and other application issues. The analyst also needs to work with other specialists, vendors, and technicians to resolve the issues.

Following are the main activities performed :

  • Perform Snapshot and Shakeout for different asset (performing system tests) and share the status to various stake holders.
  • qTest Defects – triaging defects by categorizing them based on priority
  • ServiceNAB incidents - Create, update and manage service requests to make sure that they are not breached
  • JIRA tickets : to engage asset teams, work on credential requests
  • Update and maintain KEDB (Known Error Database) and KDB (Knowledge Database) - to maintain detailed records of complex issues and recurring issues and problems reported by multiple users.
  • Proper communication to the stakeholders – to check for the updates and follow up and gather the data (and send the comms)
  • Organize tech bridges for critical defects and incidents
  • Maintain documentation - outline standard operating procedures and practices

    2. New Joinee onboarding, KT sessions
    3. Template – Snapshot, Shakeout, Comms
  • Maintain stats –

1. Defect/JIRA/Incident/Jenkins tracker

2. SLA tracker – Snapshot, Shakeout, Defect

3. Bridge call tracker

4. Environment Availability Reporting

  • Consolidate Monthly reports for Service Delivery Forum – follow up , review and send final reports
  • Confluence page – Maintain and update for current status of requests and non prod environments
  • Test lab issues – both accessing the test lab and testing related issues
  • Mid level secure area – workstation/connectivity issues
  • Update and Maintain – Contacts database, comms DL; KM index; dashboards (Monitor Screens)
  • To provide weekend support – both release based and projects based
  • Machines rebuild /server issues – updates and follow up
  • Tableau LZ shakeout update
  • Follow up – Tableau , qTest and Environmental issues
  • Responding to user enquiries, environmental availability queries, etc
  • VWSDEV – VDI transition
  • Call divert – and issue follow up
  • Adherence to SLAs – Snapshot, Shakeout, Defects, Incidents
