Warehouse Storeperson & Forklift Operator | Penrith

Programmed is seeking experienced Storepersons with current LF Forklift Licences to join one of Australia's largest dairy manufacturers in Penrith.

💰 Competitive Hourly Pay Rates
- Morning Shift: 5:00am - 1:00pm | $48.69 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm - 9:00pm | $55.99 per hour
- Night Shift: 9:00pm - 5:00am | $63.30 per hour
About the Role
You will initially work in the Crate Dock, managing milk crates through the crate washing line. Duties will include:
- Loading, unloading and moving milk crates.
- Manual handling and repetitive lifting.
- Operating the crate washing line.
- Progressing into warehouse duties and forklift operations.
- Operating counterbalance forklifts in the yard and cool room.
What We're Looking For
- Current Australian LF Forklift Licence.
- Proven counterbalance forklift operating experience.
- Ability to work in cool room conditions (1-3°C).
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions on hours.
Important Availability Requirements
- Approximately 3 days per week, with the potential to work up to 5 shifts per week depending on operational requirements.
- Must be available for at least TWO different shifts (Morning, Afternoon or Night).
- Must be flexible to work weekends.
- Ability to work across a rotating roster.
Dairy or food manufacturing experience will be highly regarded.
