About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced BMS Engineer to join an established and growing building services business in Sydney.
Working across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites, you'll be responsible for BMS programming, commissioning, servicing and system optimisation.
This role would also suit a technically strong BMS Technician looking to progress into an engineering position.

Duties
- BMS/DDC programming, engineering and commissioning
- Service, maintenance and fault finding across BMS systems
- Undertake BMS upgrades, modifications and system optimisation
- HVAC and mechanical plant controls integration
- Support energy efficiency and NABERS-related improvements
- Liaise with clients, contractors and internal technical teams
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within BMS, Building Automation or HVAC Controls
- Strong programming, commissioning and fault-finding capabilities
- Tridium Niagara N4 experience highly regarded
- Exposure to Honeywell, Nube iO, Johnson Controls or EasyIO advantageous
- Sound understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical plant operations
- Current Australian driver's licence
