What you’ll do?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Operations Support professional to join our Sustain IT team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting both our commercial and operational functions while ensuring smooth processes, accurate information flow, and exceptional customer experiences.

• Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, presentations, and customer documentation.
• Manage inbound customer enquiries and provide timely, accurate assistance.
• Assist in evaluating stock for write-down, disposal, or lifecycle extension.
• Coordinate handovers between sales and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain CRM records, ensuring all client interactions and opportunities are accurately captured.
• Assist with scheduling, logistics, and operational planning.

What you’ll bring?

• Experience in sales support, operations support, customer service, or administrative coordination.
• Proven ability to manage customer enquiries and support end-to-end processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What else do you need to apply?

• Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill. 
• Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
