About the Role
 
Smith & Co Recruitment is partnering with an established civil construction contractor seeking experienced Civil Supervisors for subdivision and bulk earthworks projects across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

You'll take ownership of daily site operations, lead civil crews and subcontractors, and oversee the delivery of residential subdivisions, bulk earthworks and associated civil infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations across subdivision and earthworks projects
• Supervise civil crews, subcontractors and plant operators
• Coordinate bulk earthworks, site preparation and civil works
• Manage labour, machinery and materials to meet project targets
• Maintain site safety, quality and environmental standards
• Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers to resolve site issues

Skills & Experience We're Looking For:

Must-have:

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or Site Supervisor
• Strong background in residential subdivisions and bulk earthworks
• Experience managing earthmoving plant, civil crews and subcontractors
• Ability to coordinate construction programmes and site resources
• Sound knowledge of civil construction methods and WHS requirements

Nice-to-have:

• Experience delivering large-scale residential subdivisions
• Strong understanding of earthworks sequencing and site preparation
• Experience overseeing multiple crews and subcontractors
