Sales Consultant - Luxury Furniture - Warrawong
Turn great conversations into great commissions! Join a premium furniture showroom in Warrawong with a $65K base + Super, 35 guaranteed hours per week and serious earning potential. Big-ticket, furniture, kitchen design, interiors or consultative sales experience could be your perfect match.
You're a confident closer who loves building rapport, understanding what customers really want and turning ideas into sales. Furniture, kitchens, quote & measure, interiors or other big-ticket sales experience will translate beautifully. You'll be commercially driven, polished and motivated by targets, great products and uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver a premium, consultative showroom experience
- Understand clients' needs and recommend tailored furniture solutions
- Build strong relationships and confidently close high-value sales
- Achieve sales, KPI and commission targets consistently
- Maintain exceptional styling, presentation and sales administration
Successful Applicants Will Have
- Proven furniture, big-ticket or commission-based sales success
- Kitchen, interiors or quote & measure experience highly regarded
- Confidence negotiating and closing high-value customer sales
- Strong communication, relationship-building and attention to detail
- Availability every weekend to maximise commissions and earn big!
