Rehabilitation Consultant – OT, Physio or EP
- Proactively manage a caseload of Same Employer clients.
- Perform assessments and develop return-to-work plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients.

The Role
- Proactively manage a caseload of Same Employer clients - moderately sized to allow you to focus on quality
- Work across Workers' Compensation, DVA, Motor Vehicle, Life Insurance & non-compensable referrals
- Perform Initial, Workplace, Functional & Ergonomic Assessments
- Attend case conferences, liaise with stakeholders & develop RTW plans to achieve outcomes
- Build strong relationships & generate repeat referrals
- Work towards reasonable targets that are tailored to your experience level - no full caseloads for new Consultants!
- Client visits, allocated as close to your local area as possible
- Provide training & coaching to other team members (for experienced Consultants), in line with your skills & areas of interest
The Ideal Candidate
- AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist
- 1 year+ Workplace Rehab or Clinical experience valuable - graduates warmly welcomed to apply
- A team player, you enjoy collaborating in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Motivated to help clients return to work, health & function
- Driver's licence
