The Role
- Advise on complex technology projects, outsourcing arrangements and technology-driven commercial transactions for public and private sector clients.
- Work across a broad range of related matters, including intellectual property, privacy, artificial intelligence and emerging technology regulation.
- Draft and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements while supporting clients through transformational business and technology initiatives.
About You
- You will ideally have at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in private practice, together with strong academics and exceptional drafting skills.
- You bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong commercial judgment and the ability to simplify complex concepts into practical advice.
- You are a collaborative and intellectually curious lawyer with an interest in technology, innovation, AI and emerging legal and regulatory issues.
