PROPERTY MANAGER - up to $85K + SUPER!
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 180 residential properties, with support from dedicated leasing and administration teams.
- Handle property management responsibilities without leasing, business development or trust accounting duties.
- Bring at least two years of property management experience, a Victorian Agents Representative qualification, a valid driver’s licence and strong communication and attention to detail.
- Mon-Fri, parking onsite, up to $85k + super!
- LOADS OF SUPPORT - no leasing!

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage on your own small portfolio of circa 180 properties with support
- NO leasing
- NO BDM duties
- NO trust accounting
- + admin support
- 80% of properties are local to Craigieburn
Skills and experience required for the role:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Property Manager
- VIC Agents Rep
- A valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
