Customer Service Officer
- Welcome and support patients, respond to enquiries and build engagement through follow-up calls and messages.
- Coordinate a new premium patient membership programme and assist with appointment scheduling and ongoing care.
- Support clinic operations with reception, patient administration, records management and X-ray-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming new patients and supporting them throughout their healthcare journey
- Following up with prospective and existing patients to foster engagement and improve retention
- Assisting with the rollout and coordination of an exciting new premium patient membership program
- Managing patient enquiries and Meta Business direct messages, delivering exceptional customer service and support
- Supporting the smooth operation of the clinic through reception duties, patient administration, record management, and X-ray-related tasks
About you
- A positive, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships over the phone
- The ability to work independently while remaining organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Confidence in making outbound calls to support patient engagement, appointment scheduling, and ongoing care
- Residency in Ballarat or nearby, with the ability to work flexibly within a hybrid environment
