The Role, Real Talk
You’ll own a pipeline of warm, inbound leads and your job is simple: convert them. Every parent you call has already asked for help, so you’re never starting cold. Run a sharp conversation, ask for the sale and close it.
What your day actually looks like
- Working a pipeline of warm leads who are expecting your call
- Running sharp sales conversations, then asking confidently for the sale
- Growing deals by adding a second subject or a sibling
- Tracking your calls, talk time and conversion, and chasing your next commission
- Getting live call coaching and celebrating wins on a fast-paced, competitive floor
