job description

Due to high volume in job flow we are calling for those who are Customer service specialists!

Responsibilities include:

* Resolve Customer complaints via phone or email
* Manage Customer queries and caseloads
* Process consumer contacts & follow ups
* Problem solve Consumer issues using frameworks and an autonomy in your work approach
* Support chatbot & Social media enquiries
* Inbound call handling
* Manage proactive communication with Internal stakeholders

To be successful the candidate must demonstrate:

- Atleast 1 previous role in a Customer srvice or Contact centre environment

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Professional presentation and manner

-Strong multitasking skills

- A true passion for helping people!

-Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

- CRM skills

-A confident, proactive and determined approach
