An exciting opportunity has become available for a mature, enthusiastic & reliable individual to lead our team in Girraween, NSW.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager – FHS you will feel challenged in your varied role as no 2 days are alike – your key responsibilities include ;
- Respond to internal and external enquiries via e-mail, phone and face to face
- Perform general office tasks
- Manager customer orders, inquiries and deliveries
- Support other members in meeting their daily deadlines
- Complying to all company OH&S standards and policies
- Actively contributing to a positive team environment
We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As the successful candidate, you will have ;
- Demonstrated experience in an admin or similar position
- A high level of exceptional communication skills
- A warm approachable manner
- Intermediate level on all MS suites and the ability to work between different operating systems
