Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, looking for an active, enthusiastic and reliable individual who can work alongside the exposure towards a customer service environment.

Description

In this role you will be reporting directly to your Customer Service Team Leader and will be exposed to the following duties:

  • Be first on contact for customers and assisting their queries received via telephone, email and other sources.
  • Take a high number of inbound calls.
  • Managing customer complaints and resolving technical questions with the best interest of both customer and company.
  • Ensure customer call backs and follow ups are completed.

Profile

To be considered for this position you will need to have been exposed or previously worked in a data entry or order processing environment. The ideal candidate will need to be:

  • A quick thinker and have a good direction towards problem solving skills
  • Previous order processing experience
  • Can work in a fast paced, high call volume environment
  • Have experience in a customer service environment
  • Will need to possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver and interact with our customers
  • You will have the ability to adapt to a variety of personalities, have the ability to empathise with customers and escalate issues as need be
  • Have an ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge in excel
