Based in Eastern Creek, we are seeking experienced Customer Service Coordinators interested in upcoming short & long-term assignments for various companies across Western Sydney.

The Position

  • Inbound customer service; answering high volume of calls
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Diagnose and trouble shoot basic issues
  • Book/allocate service technicians to jobs
  • Daily, weekly & monthly reporting
  • Collate receipts and process expenses

The Candidate

  • Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, managing the daily schedules of technicians and contractors
  • Excellent communications skills: written and verbal
  • High attention to detail, fast and accurate typing speed
  • Proficient in using a reputable ERP system such as SAP
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with customers
  • Own access to transportation (due to various locations throughout Western Sydney)
