Your new role

As an inbound Customer Service Banker you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and bringing your unique personality to every call.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from personal customers about a range of simple to complex enquiries.
  • Efficiently navigating through a variety of banking systems and tools.
  • Identifying, addressing and resolving general inquiries from customers.
  • A strong focus on first call resolution and availability to talk to customers when scheduled.
  • To provide existing customers and prospects with correct information regarding products and services.
  • Identify cross sell opportunities when assessing customers financial needs and refer to the appropriate specialists.
  • Ensure all personal training records are maintained and kept up to date.
  • Adherence to Industry Code of Practice is paramount.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a real passion for providing first class customer service; able to listen to the customer's needs whilst operating various systems at one time, you will have outstanding communication skills and the desire to work towards individual targets and team goals.

You are encouraged to apply if you have:

  • Able to work flexibly on a rotational roster of 5 days per week Monday to Friday (with some flexibility to pick up Saturday shifts from time to time)
  • Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call centre etc)
  • Strong communication skills

  • A customer centric mindset

  • Work at brand new offices in Parramatta, working in a hybrid arrangement
  • The hours of operation during the weekdays will be between 8 am – 7.15 pm AEST and 9 am – 6 pm on Saturday's.
  • If picking up a Saturday shift, it most likely will be from 9am – 3pm
  • This role is paying $31.25 plus superannuation per hour
