Your new role
Working in a large inbound contact centre environment, you will be responsible for helping customers navigate their enquiries relating to disaster recovery payments Your main responsibilities:
What you'll need to succeed
You must be an Australian Citizen to apply for this role. You will have previous work experience in a customer service role. Experience in a contact centre is advantageous. Working collaboratively in a team environment, you will be a resilient individual who is comfortable dealing with distressed customers. You will be available to start on 11th March and be able to commit for minimum of 3 months
What you'll get in return
You will get a 3 month contract (potential to extend), with an attractive hourly rate of $34.50 + 10% superannuation. You will work full time hours from Monday through to Friday, giving you a guaranteed 37.5-hour work week. You will receive training to ensure you are comfortable to perform the position. Your 7.5 hours daily will be between the hours of 9am-5pm.
