About the role

Our client is seeking a positive and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join their fast-paced and inclusive E-Commerce team. Working in this high-volume role, the successful candidate will provide excellent support to all customers and create a positive consumer experience. You will be passionate about the Retail industry and you will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You should be used to working in a fast-paced environment, and be keen to take on a challenge. You must be available to interview and start immediately.

Responsibilities

Working in a supportive and progressive team environment, your role will be to:  

  • Manage and respond to high-volume emails and live chat queries
  • Answer incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist and resolve complex customer queries and complaints 
  • Process orders and ensure all details and data is entered onto internal systems
  • Advise customers of products and recognise recommendations for them
  • Assist other teams as required
  • Prepare sales reports and updates for management
  • Process orders
  • Data entry
  • Update and maintain internal databases
  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders 

Skills / Experience
  
Our client is looking for a candidate with previous experience in a high-volume Customer Service related position. Successful applicants will ideally be outcome focused and have excellent administration and communication skills. Other skills and experience required are; 

  • Ability to handle a high volume of online queries through online support desks, as well as over the phone
  • Previous experience using SAP and/or Sales Force is highly advantageous
  • The confidence to handle complaints and difficult calls/queries
  • Lengthy and proven experience within a phone/email based customer service administration role
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous exposure to Sales Force/SAP or a similar CRM system
  • Experience working within a fast paced environment
  • Strong administration skills
  • Solution orientated approach to work
