About the role:
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the Customer Fulfilment Coordinator will be responsible for creating an amazing online shopping experience for all PETstock customers, by ensuring online orders are always efficiently processed and delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the flow of online orders
  • Escalation point for all online order delivery issues
  • Online gift card processing
  • Fraud investigation checks
  • Process improvement for the online customer experience
  • Supporting the Customer Experience Centre in assisting with customer enquiries

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Prior experience in online order workflows, preferably in a retail environment
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Process improvement focus
