Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Highly Skilled Credit Controller to be a part of a fast-growing global organisation based on St Kilda Road!

Reporting to the Credit Manager, your duties will include:
Billing dispute resolution
* Reconciling accounts
* Consistently clearing overdue balances
* Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed
Periodic credit reviews
* Reviewing credit applications and credit limits
* Strong Disputes Management and Negotiation Skills
Exposure to B2B Customers
To be successful, you will have 3+ years' experience in a similar Credit Controller Role. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to work as a team, a high level of attention to detail and a customer service approach to work. Intermediate Excel Skills are a must for this role.
