FULL TIME COOK/CHEF REQUIRED FOR INDIAN RESTAURANT
Are you an experienced Cook/Chef with a flair for creating unique and innovative Indian cuisine? We are currently hiring an experienced & motivated Cook/Chef for our upcoming Indian Restaurant offering indian delicacies,dine-in,takeaway menu.
- Food preparation and cooking.
- Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies.
- Innovative in producing new ideas for menu and special occasions.
- Maintaining uniform serving sizes & quality of the meals.
- Developing recipes and it’s presentation specifications.
- Able to work in a busy environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Train other kitchen staff if required.
- Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities.
- Maintain High standards of personal / work hygiene. Comply with all the rules and regulations by the health department.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- All other required cook/chef duties as needed.
- 2-3 years Chef/Cook experience. Experience in Indian cuisine prefered.
- Cert III / CertIV in cookery (preferred).
- Team-work oriented.
- High standard of personal hygiene.
- Work independently without supervision.
- Work in a fast paced environment.
