An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Cook at smokin' Grill and Burgery Licenced Restaurant In Geraldton. At Smokin' Grill and Burgury, we are passionate about the taste and quality of the food. We are more focused on making our food more flavourful with right amount of spices and right combination. Addition to this, We want to introduce sizzler or Sizzling plater, which require freshly made sauces, which not only taste delicious, but also It should spread Hunger wakening aroma in the restaurant.
The main things you would do includes:
Make all of our burger sauces from the scratch according to our recipe( We do not compromise even slight changes in them until approved by the owner).
Cook pulled pork to perfection everyday( if you are rookie in this task please do not waste our time)
Make variety of sausage mixes to provide more varieties to our customer( this task will require in-depth knowledge of spices and their suitability with other flavours.
Provide customer service and maintain quality of food hygiene.
Keep up to date with marketing, product, finance and other activities to ensure that you can educate staff members.
Addition to above Twice a week you will require to cook Butter Chicken and beef vindaloo curry paste for our kebab shop.(Experience in Indian cooking is Advantageous)
