Your new role
In your new role within Hays Commercial Bids and Contracts ANZ (HCBC) you will support sales, manage risk, help close deals and protect Hays business when we implement and deliver a service. Your primary responsibility is to centralise our Contract review process to support our consultants and ensure that a robust business life-cycle governance process is followed, from sale to service delivery across all our contracts and agreements.

You’ll be directly responsible for:

  • Coordinating the contract approval process in accordance with Hays internal governance procedures, reviewing commercial obligations and risks within client originated contracts for one off placements and preferred supplier agreements, managed service agreements (MSP) and recruitment process outsourcing agreements (RPO),
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, IT to develop strategies to mitigate commercial risk and achieving the best commercial outcome for Hays and negotiating commercial contracts with clients directly from time to time

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have some experience in procurement or contract administration, however we are open to your background. Alternatively we believe someone with experience as a generalist across a vast range of administrative business functions would succeed in this role. You’ll have an outstanding personal brand with a strong capacity to manage customers, stakeholders, and business partners expectations. You are committed to exceptional customer service in all situations. You are highly organised and used to working in a structured fashion, skilled at both gathering and analysing data. You will have the ability to work within tight timeframes and a deadline driven environment.
