Your new company
Long established Civil Engineering company that deliver infrastructure projects for both Public and Private organisations including Roads, Bridges, Bulk Earthworks and Excavations.

Your new role
This role will support the Construction Manager by organising Claims, Variations whilst liaising with contractors.
Some duties include but not limited to:

• Administering and supervising contract monitoring, contract administration and compliance
• Providing assistance with collation, recording and calculation of data for claims, variations, retentions
• Performing and/or reviewing contract payments and audits
• Dealing with deductions, quotations and variations.
• Site costings and invoicing.
• Project tracking.

What you'll need to succeed
You would ideally have 5 years experience in a similar role and have worked on Road projects previously with an technical understanding of civil. You must be able to work in a high paced environment and accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given. You will need strong communication skills both written and verbal and attention to detail is also a must.
