Join a high quality Aged Care NFP organisation as their new Communications Manager.
Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for promoting and protecting the brand and reputation as well as supporting internal engagement, driving awareness and consideration for the services carried out by the organisation.
This role is great mix of both hands on and strategic Communications. You will have the opportunity to create and implement the organisation's communication and content strategy. With the support of the wider Marketing & Communications team, you will plan and deliver high-quality communications and content plans through multiple channels - reaching target audiences with meaningful and Impactful messages.
You will also oversee the Internal Communications strategy helping driving employee engagement. This role will allow you to work closely with Senior and Executive stakeholders, including the CEO.
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Communications Manager who can work in both a hands-on and strategic capacity. You will be a team player, who works collaboratively with the ability to lead and mentor direct and indirect reports.
You will have demonstrated experience in partnering with stakeholders to develop and deliver successful Communication Strategies, plans and initiatives. You will have experience applying communications expertise to build engagement and reputation, including PR & Issues Management. You will be a creative problem-solver with a flexible approach to change.
