We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Services Team Leader at our Forrestfield Depot on a 10 Month Max Term Contract. Your role in action: As the Commercial Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for the timely supply and distribution of new meters, and the recording of metering assets, while also being accountable for the reporting of service performance of metering services to market retailers. Manage contracts / agreements with service providers Schedule workload and allocate to resources to meet service level standards Manage meter supply and distribution to ensure new connection obligations are met. Negotiate, and report on performance against, service level agreements with multiple and varied retailers. Provide information, advice, and support to external stakeholders, particularly retailers, including consultation on changes and improvements made to Western Power's metering policies, processes and practices. Accountable for executing all work, ensuring the services provided are consistent with commercially competitive standards for safety, quality, service delivery, and cost and customer satisfaction Evaluate, analyse, and develop skills and technical enhancement programs for those within the function ensuring required skills levels are met and maintained Manage talent through effective execution of employee performance outcomes through established system and processes and the ongoing development of employees Who are you in action: You will ideally possess the following experience and attributes: Relevant tertiary qualification (or progress towards) in commerce / business management 5 + years' experience in supervising or managing a team of people in a commercial environment, including purchasing, finance, and business reporting.
