How you fit:

The Commercial Manager is responsible for commercial outcomes and management of iSelect’s Approved Product List within the Car and Home and Contents vertical. We provide consumers with the convenience of an online comparison and the benefit of telephone-based advice and sales across many product areas such as Home Loans, Broadband, Energy, Health Insurance, Car Insurance and Life Insurance.

What you do:

As the Commercial Manager GI you will be responsible in delivering on partner, product and sales process improvements to deliver an effortless customer experience, Revenue Per Sale (RPS), customer leakage and growth objectives. Onboarding new partners and developing new product to fill category gaps within the APL.

What you need:

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar position with proven success in a sales and marketing functions. Account management responsibility and ability to build and maintain relationships throughout the business and with Commercial Partners.

Excellent data interpretation and analytical skills including building effective pricing strategies, coupled with experience in contract negotiation and proposal writing.

Building strong relationships with all iSelect internal functions along with your ability to compile quality proposals for business, with a financial and legal mindset will be key to your success in this role.
