Your new role
Leading a team focussed on performance analysis of supplier engagement and commercial management that support strategic plans and customer KPI's. Retailer relationship management to improve strategic partnership benefits and engaging with the market around emerging compliance changes, to ensure risks are are actively managed. Further the role will co-ordinate transformation projects to ensure "stage gates" are met and benefits realised.
What you'll need to succeed
Harnessing the the different skill levels of a team of people and with a focus on transformation, underpinned by clear leadership. Strong commercial experience in regulatory frameworks and compliance, operational risk, management of commercial contracts and relationships. Experience from Utilities, Energy, Financial Services and a Business or Commerce Degree will be highly regarded
