The Role: Wersquo;re currently seeking an AnaestheticsClinical Nurseto join our Theatre Unit in a permanent, full-time position. Our $3 million purpose-built hybrid theatre combines the advantages of an operating theatre with image quality produced in a radiology suite that allows our multidisciplinary team of cardiologists, radiologists, surgeons and nurses to effectively and efficiently treat complex vascular diseases. As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support, you will lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy. You will demonstrate: * Minimum 2 yearsrsquo; clinical experience in the speciality area of practise * Current AHPRA Registration * Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship * A commitment to quality improvement and participation in quality improvement projects * Ability to work 24/7 roster Supporting you to support others: As the largest NFP provider of health, aged amp; community services in Queensland, we believe in unique and holistic care, prioritising the individual to nurture physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
