This well-established, boutique Property and Financial Services company located near Wynyard Station, is in an exciting growth phase. With the hot property market comes many opportunities for purchasing and refinancing.
We are now seeking a Client Services Coordinator who is energetic, systematic, proactive, and not afraid to speak up and step up to ensure the broker team is up to date with all applications.
You will be across all current deals and managing ‘Work in Progress’ – i.e. pre-approvals, formal approval, valuations, loan documents, fixed-rate expiry and refinancing – being responsible for daily meetings with a small team to ensure everything is on track.
You will be analyzing client questions and escalating problems to appropriate team members. As you manage the client experience you will ensure procedures are followed, deadlines are met and a professional, friendly, seamless, stress-free service is offered to get deals done.
We are seeking a candidate who has recent, relevant experience and understands the demands and nature of this industry. You will be proactive, energetic, systematic and have a great eye for detail. You are the type of person who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and who loves the satisfaction of a job well done and having happy clients.
