Your new company
Your new company are a modern Account Firm located in the Eastern City Fringe suburbs. The business has seen growth so is looking to add a Full Time Client Service Administrator to their team. They pride themselves in outstanding customer service and being an innovative professional services firm.

Your new role
Your new role as Client Service Officer will be to provide Administrative support to both clients and accountants within the business. You will need to embrace the latest technology to offer a seamless and efficient outcome for our clients as we operate in a paperless environment. You will be responsible for and includes duties not limited to:

  • Manage communication with external parties - including the ATO, ASIC and audit partners
  • Assist application process for TFNs and ABNs
  • Database management
  • Relief of front of house reception desk - answer phones, meet & greet clients
  • Prepare and collate documentation on behalf of the Accountants
  • Set up new clients into the system
  • Manage the end-to-end administration requirements of the client files in a fast-moving environment
  • Process any correspondence required

What you'll need to succeed
This is an exciting opportunity for self-sufficient and experience Administrator to join our well-established firm. In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:

  • Previous experience in an accounting firm
  • Experience with Xero
  • Ability to adapt and learn new systems being a paperless environment
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Outstanding presentation
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to be a team player and assist those when required
