Melbourne Seafood Restaurant is looking to employ a sous chef with a minimum of 2 years experience.
-You will be required for immediate start
- Must be able to work on Weekends and on a roster
- Required to have sound knowledge and understanding of all facets of the kitchen
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to work in a team based environment
- Have knowledge of seafood
- Must be able to speak fluent English
- Be able to maintain stock levels
- Have basic computer skills to submit orders for fruit and vegetables and dry store.
