Your new role
The Change Lead will effectively and proactively lead the delivery of the change program associated with the implementation of organisation’s Transformation Strategy by ensuring integration and alignment across the change initiatives within the program, that the organisation is engaged and involved in the transformation program as well as specific change initiatives and play a key role in the realisation of program benefits The Key
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Effectively lead change delivery at a program level to deliver integrated end to end enterprise and transformational Change Management across organisation.
• Develop a positive, high performance culture within the designated change program delivery team and ensure quality delivery of change management initiatives
• Provide strategic advice to senior business and program leaders on the transformation change program
• Evaluate, develop, plan, document and deliver end to end strategic change management across organisation, including change capacity and impact assessments, stakeholder network maps, engagement plans, communications and training materials, business readiness assessments and adoption monitoring
• Identify and provide ongoing visibility of change impacts and risks, collaborating closely with stakeholders to develop risk and issues management interventions and risk mitigation strategies to address potential impacts on the delivery of change activities or programs of work, escalating where appropriate
• Evaluate and identify the needs, expectations, and requirements of stakeholder groups in conjunction with business owners, subject matter experts and program/project managers
What you'll need to succeed
• Significant experience in leading and delivering enterprise change and transformational programs across industries
• An appropriate Change Management certification e.g. PCI, APMG, Agile Change Leadership, Prosci or demonstrated equivalent competency
• Experience leading teams, overseeing the quality delivery of change management initiatives, providing coaching, guidance and feedback
• Experience and demonstrated track record in applying change management principles, methodologies and tools across a complex program, particularly change impact assessments, stakeholder management, engagement, communication and training plans
• Experience in designing and implement capability development programs and interventions
