Change and Capability Lead

Your new company
Join a FMCG / Beverage organisation with its well known brand across the APAC region on an initial 4 month contract in the data and enterprise services space.

Your new role
As the Change and Capability lead you will be responsible for supporting and enabling the business around data uplift which includes documenting processes, improving technology and people capability, By imbedding this into the business you will also be responsible for creating the future roadmap for the uplift of the target operating model.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as an agile project-based Change Lead with relevant industry experience (supply chain ideal)
• Experience delivering complex change programs for Digital Data and Reporting Transformation related initiatives
• Foundational knowledge of digital data and reporting management / governance best practice, frameworks & concepts
• Understanding of core L&D principles and best practice adult learning design and facilitation
