First Grammar Bonnyrigg Heights has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Centre Manager to join our friendly 68-place service. We are seeking a dedicated leaderwho will be responsible for leading a team of early learning and education professionals who are committed to inspiring the next generation of children.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality customer service delivery, experience with operational change and quality improvement, as well as a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.

 The ideal applicant will have:

  • Experience in a management or leadership role (Desirable)
  • A Diploma in Children’s Services 
  • A current Working with Children’s Check – as per state requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ethics and genuine approach towards child safety and WHS
