What you'll need to succeed in this role
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Senior BA on business transformation projects and assist with their assessment, documentation and resolution of problems through research and analysis. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Senior when working with internal stakeholders to understand technical/functional side of applications as well as solutions for problems.
• Creating an on-going two-way relationship with business users to gather suggestions for improvements
• Gathering information and evaluating feedback in line with the projects in an effective and timely manner
• Acting as point of communication between the development team, testers and business throughout the life cycle of the sprint
• Accurately documenting “As Is” and “To Be” models and high-level business requirements for formal review/approval

To be successful, you will have strong communication, both verbal and written, and good problem-solving skills. Experience as a Business Analyst is essential, preferably supported with exposure to systems implementation.
