Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Lending and Mortgage.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience with Process controls in Lending and Mortgage
  • Ability and experience in developing a ‘Process Confirmation Framework’, which provides insights to process effectiveness / efficiency and compliance based as per changes to the process.
  • Ability in effective interaction with Stakeholders - senior and mid-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in Updating process models in Process Hub to reflect approved recommended changes. Make relevant suggestions to update supporting artefacts (e.g. procedures and work- instructions) as needed.
  • Experience in the analysis of current state processes and supporting artefacts to identify gaps against company policy and obligations, including assessment on clarity and effectiveness of documents available.
