About the Tea Business Unilever is proud of its Tea business, with world class purpose driven brands such as Lipton, PG tips, Pukka, Tazo. Recently, Unilever decided to separate the Tea business to ensure it can best achieve its potential. Unilever is currently reviewing several options for separation, including a demerger, an initial public offering, a disposal or through partnership models. The process is expected to conclude by the end of 2021. The Tea businesses in India and Indonesia, and the partnership interests in the ready-to-drink Tea joint ventures will be retained. We are looking for a Brand Manager Tea to join our Tea business located in Sydney Australia. This role will manage the top 15 biggest markets for ekaterra tea business in Australia and New Zealand. As the role will play a key role in developing our brands in this geography, collecting insights from consumers and customers. Role Summary: Track and analyze brand business performance in the 2 countries. Identify key corrective actions or accelerators where needed, pre-empting the changing consumer and competitive context. Land innovations and brand activations in the market OTIF (on time in full) - working with local agencies, local relevant partners and cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Distributor, Regulatory). Identify key opportunities and gaps for innovations based on consumer insights, social listening and market analysis. And working together with global brand teams to craft relevant winning mixes - Pack, Claims, Communications, Digital Assets and ecom assets. Identify growth opportunities by monitoring and tapping into trends and pain points in the category. Manage the local marketing budget. What you will bring: Relevant experience in Marketing across diverse roles: mix development, communication development, work with Agencies. Proven track record of leading projects: crafting brand plans, business cases, lead cross-functional teams Experience in consumer market insights and able to draw recommendations and actions from it Comfortable working under fixed-term contract for 18 months What awaits you at Unilever The core of Unilever's culture is captured as Human, Purposeful, Accountable.
