Assistant Centre Manager – Goodstart Cooranbong

Goodstart is Australia’s largest provider of early learning and care. About our Centre:

  • Small centre in a welcoming rural community
  • Passionate about risky play, children’s voices and play-based learning  
  • Strong community involvement with visits to local nursing home, nature walks, help local charity sending care packages to local community who are disadvantaged
  • Set hours per week, day shifts only
  • On-site parking
  • Maternity leave cover, 38hrs/wk Fixed Term contract until 31/12/2020
  • Eligible for monthly RDOs

About You:

  • Hold a Bachelor in children’s services (or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
  • Experienced Room Leaders looking for an Assistant Manager opportunity to grow new skills and support the Centre Manager
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and national Quality Standard
  • Exceptional knowledge of safety and wellbeing
  • Passionate Educators who are driven by their desire to provide quality learning experiences
  • Strong communication skills, reliable and punctual
