You will be joining a large Federal Government department who are based in Brisbane CBD and provide support, programs and services to a range of clients.
Your new role
As the Claims Manager, you will be working in a team environment and be responsible for processing claims for compensation, rehabilitation and other benefits. You will facilitate payment for benefits, undertake provision of service management in relation to external providers, liaise with clients and internal/external stakeholder and develop, implement and monitor policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have a background in claims management, ideally with a work cover background or alternatively high level claims processing in an insurance environment. You will enjoy working across different cases and claims and be committed to further your own knowledge and development.
