Your new company

The client is one of the leaders of Aged Care Services in South Australia. Recently they have invested heavily into IT digital transformation which would allow them to position themselves at the front of their industry

Your new role
The overall responsibilities of this role include:

  • Contributing to implementation and configuration of the Salesforce CRM.
  • Software application and database technical support and enhancement
  • Software application monitoring, issue identification and resolution
  • Contributing to business ICT and quality improvement activities
  • Delivery of high-quality customer service

What you'll need to succeed

  • Applications support experience in CRM or ERP
  • Knowledge in SQL environments, including TSQL queries, stored procedures, and DB administration
  • Powershell Scripting knowledge (Desirable)
  • Mulesoft knowledge (Desirable)
  • Salesforce Experience
