RTO Administration Officer

The Administration and Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring compliant processing of Student enrolments and evidence in appropriate Student Management Systems (SMS) in accordance with associated Service Agreement. A strong attention to detail is required for this position.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
• Enrolments: Ensure that all enrolment documentation is complete, compliant and entered into VETtrak using the correct funding status code.
• Evidence: Coordinate receipt of data evidence (training plans, attendance sheet, workbooks) from trainers is compliance checked.
• Compliance: Compliant and accurate data entry of both commencement /completed of units trained and assessed for each student.
• Data Entry: Accurate data entry with minimal errors of Student details and results entered into VETtrak.
• Audit: Complete internal audit file checklist as required.
• Completions: Finalisation of student files in preparation for certificate processing and then archiving of file
• Filing and Archiving: Data entry of file archive details into VETtrak and the creation of archive boxes and filed off-site.
 
Requirements:
 
• Intermediate skill set VETTRAK or similar Student Management Systems. 
• Intermediate skills in MS Office.
• Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle
• Blue Card
 
Education and Experience:
 
• Minimum requirement is completion of Year 12 VCE.
• Certificate III in Business Administration is an asset but not essential
• Minimum 1 year in Administration or/and Office related experience
