Our client is on the lookout for reliable Administration Officers to join their team located within the Townsville area. This position is being offered on a Part-Time Basis with room for growth.
Ideally, we are looking for individuals who have good organisation and communication skills. The successful candidate will be motivated to training and learning new skills and be ready to hit the ground running with training provided.
- Answering and directing phone calls / emails to relevant staff
- Office duties including basic office housekeeping
- Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organisation
- Preparing documents and ordering and taking stock of office supplies
