Our client is seeking a reliable Administration Assistant to join our small team located within the Hermit Park Area. This position is being offered on a Part-Time Basis.
We are looking for applicants that have good time management, and great communication skills. The successful candidate will be motivated and open to learning new skills.
- Answering and directing phone calls / emails to relevant staff
- Office duties including basic office housekeeping
- Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organisation
- Preparing documents and ordering and taking stock of office supplies
