Our client is searching for a determined Administration and Accounts Assistant to join their team located within the Wishart area. This position is being offered on a Full-Time basis.
Ideally, we are seeking individuals who are able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask a variety of administration/ Customer service tasks. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Running errands
- Answering and routing phone calls and emails
- Greeting visitors and assisting with enquiries
- Data entry and account balancing
- Keeping the office clean and tidy
