Your new role
Your new career will involve, but not limited to:
- High volume Accounts Payable
- Accurate processing of invoices
- Weekly reconciliation
- Daily liaison with external providers
- Preparation of Audits and Journals
- General filing, scanning, and administrative tasks
- Process expenses and claims
- Meeting KPI's and deadlines
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive experience with end-to-end Accounts payable
- Maintain high levels of organisation, prioritisation and the ability to multitask
- Intermediate MS suite, computer literacy and the ability to engage other programs quickly and efficiently
- Comfortable dealing with a diverse audience
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to understand and interpret policies, procedures and legislation.
