We have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team based in Sydney CBD on a full-time permanent basis, salary range $75,000 - $90,000 + Superannuation. Your role is to advise and guide our customers to create value and maximise their return on investment, ensuring that the customer sees value from JXT Global throughout their relationship with us.
Day to day management of the customer journey for multiple accounts
Managing the sale of computer software to existing account client and identifying further sales opportunities within these accounts
Building new account clients by driving executive relationships within an account to be seen as a trusted advisor
Provides strategic guidance on how customers can connect their strategy to our platform
Managing customer satisfaction and retention
Develop customer-centric plans to ensure adoption and expansion of JXT Global in their environment
Preparation and presentation of Customer Success Plans that clearly articulate the customer’s business objectives, business impact to date, risks, next steps, and action items to close the gaps
Prepares Client Account Reviews that clearly articulate how the client has performed and proactively sets upcoming action; provides a comprehensive assessment of the account in outcomes, value, service, objectives, relationship, sales and churn management
Ensures any problem accounts are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed
Monitors ‘account health’ and proactively addresses and manages escalations or any cause of customer dissatisfaction
Relevant Bachelor Degree plus two years relevant work experience OR a minimum five years experience in a similar Account Management role
Proven track record in driving business outcomes for customers
Experience in managing large, complex and/or technical implementations
International experience will be highly regarded as this role will support UK clients
Excellent presentation skills and ability to build deep relationships with executives in varying industries. Tactfully push back on executives when their demands do not align with JXT Global success
Effectively partner with key stakeholders in professional services, sales, product and service delivery
